We understand that plans change. Our flexible cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and us, while ensuring you get the most value from your German learning investment.

1 Private Sessions

24+ Hours Notice

Full Refund - No questions asked

Cancel or reschedule your private session with at least 24 hours notice and receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Same Day Cancellation

50% Refund - Partial refund

If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled session, you'll receive a 50% refund. This helps us compensate our teachers for reserved time.

No Show

No Refund - Session forfeited

If you don't show up without any notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be provided.

2 Group Courses (A1.1 Beginner Course)

Before Course Starts

Full Refund - 100% money back

Cancel before the course begins and receive a full refund. We need at least 48 hours notice to fill your spot.

After First 2 Classes

Pro-rated Refund - Fair calculation

If you're not satisfied after the first 2 classes, we'll refund the remaining classes at the full course rate. This gives you time to evaluate the course quality.

After 2 Classes

No Refund - Commitment expected

After completing more than 2 classes, no refunds are available. You're committed to the full course.

3 Package Deals (5-Class, 10-Class, 50-Class)

Unused Sessions

Pro-rated Refund - At single session rate

Unused sessions can be refunded at the single session rate ($50 per session). This ensures you get value for unused sessions while maintaining the package discount for completed sessions.

Package Expiry

12 Months - Generous timeline

All packages expire 12 months from purchase date. This gives you plenty of time to use all your sessions.

We understand medical emergencies happen. Contact us immediately and we'll work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.

Technical Issues

Full Refund

If technical issues on our end prevent your session, you'll receive a full refund and priority rescheduling.

Teacher Unavailable

Free Reschedule

If your teacher becomes unavailable, we'll reschedule at no cost or provide a full refund if you prefer.
